Lee Hi's 'It's Over' is a mimicry to IU's 'Marshmallow'?

Okay, actually neither Hades or I wanted this to be the next post. We wanted to talk about something else but this picture caught my eye.

Tell me, does it reminds you of IU's 'Marshmallow'? It sure does to me. It might be an coincident but maybe this is where YG Entertainment or the director got their inspiration from.

Don't get me wrong. I love Lee Hi and IU. I've been loving Lee Hi (Or which I prefer to call her by her real name, Lee Hayi) ever since she was on Kpop Star. I love IU ever since she debuted. But sometimes, there is no such thing as THAT many concidences. 

People are just going to start bashing Hayi or IU. Hayi's bias is most probably going to say that IU is old school. She no longer looks cute. She looks awkward and forced and Hayi did aegyo better blah blah blah. Wanna bet how many of you are going to say that?

Then IU's fans are going to say that Hayi is copying IU, that Hayi has no creativity or trying to get famous overnight by copying IU. Or that Hayi does not fit the term 'aegyo'. (Which is totally not true. She is cute even if she does not try to be)

Guys, I just wanna remind you that this is neither IU's or Hayi's fault okay. They are not the producers, they are not the directors. They are just the staffs under their company and staffs just listen to their boss. Wanna blame someone? Then maybe you should blame the one who thought of Hayi's MV. It's either it was intentionally copied off from IU's 'Marshmallow' or this is where he got his inspiration. Either way it is not the artists' fault. They are just doing as told.

I think the both of them looks cute in the MV and both MVs are done equally well.

Hey guys! This is PrincessHades. Some of you might think that ‘PrincessHades’ is an emo name or not emo enough. To tell you the truth, PrincessHades is actually two people. How the name ‘PrincessHades’ was formed is actually we mixed our personalities together. At first this name is the username of KimSooYeon from asianfanfics.com. She decided to change her name to PrincessHades because it got the most number of votes. Then the both of us decided to make a blog together to rant and discuss about what we feel like discussing. So the both of us decided to use the name ‘PrincessHades’ as well because it fits the both of us.

Okay, so ‘Princess’ belongs to me while ‘Hades’ belongs to her. We won’t tell you our names so just call us ‘Princess’ and ‘Hades’ and we will know who you are talking to. We will also mention our name at the end of the post.

So basically what we would like to discuss is what the in-trend thing is nowadays or what we feel is unreasonable. The both of us are from Singapore so if we are most probably going to talk about Singapore stuffs too. PrincessHades loves Kpop too so that topic might also appear. We will talk about music to studies to fashion to.. I don’t know. We will just talk about random topics. There are no genres whatsoever. Oh, and if you want to bash us, please go ahead because we don’t give a damn about haters. Like people say, “Haters gotta hate” so hate all you want you bytches. Oh, and I Hades is a cold-hearted person who doesn’t give a damn about anything and anyone in the world unless it is someone she loves. She will be writing most of the posts too.
